Spot and stripes

A card for a niece,with papers from my local craft shop.The polka dot was a freebie from http://paperprintables.com/news-rel-24-09-12.phpthe image was another freebie from http://saturated-canary.myshopify.com/ I glazed the ballon with clear embossing powder and mounted the image on foam pads
